So disappointing. $5 for hardly any fries. I am a lifelong customer of Five Guys. I grew up in Virginia and went here often with my family. We loved this franchise because of their delicious, high-quality burgers, and their HEFTY portions of fries. I ordered a burger and a small fry to share with my toddler tonight. We ordered through the website for pick up this evening. I ordered a hamburger with lettuce, onion, tomato and jalapeño I got a burger with jalapeño. There were two tables sitting in the restaurant and another to go bag already packed up and ready to go. How you were that slow and forgot all but one ingredient on the burger is absolutely astounding. The workers were very friendly but clearly not paying close attention to the few orders they had. Very displeased.

Always the best burgers. Fresh never frozen meat. And they disclose the area the potato’s are from. I think that sets them apart from many other places. They’re definitely a little more expensive than some other places, but worth it. This location is always clean and people very friendly.

These five guys are not playing around! Having not eaten a burger in several months, this was the first burger place I thought of to break such an evil fast. The staff was super on top of all the orders, and it was amazing how diligent and precise they were in crafting my bacon cheeseburger. Got to get those fries Cajun style and slather everything in fry sauce! This is the way!
