I’m really curious who owns this location. No matter how the coffee or store service is, it seems they rely solely on being on campus, believing that business will happen automatically during the semester, so they run it carelessly. The coffee is unsanitary and truly awful, the service is unfriendly, and the employees wear dirty aprons that look like they haven’t been washed in years. Their service is unprofessional and painfully slow, and their tone toward customers is irritating. This store is such a mess that it almost feels unfair they are making money while operating like this.

Apparently this is a Frappuccino.. its more like a cup of crushed ice. Staff is also snippy and act annoyed to be there.

They made the drink wrong and then had the audacity to tell me to “make sure I tell them right next time”…and the remake was still just slightly less wrong 👎🏻👎🏻 Oh and the drink had so much foam it was practically half empty

asked for a coffee extra hot. Was lukewarm. Was in the store for 30 mins minimum before receiving my order. Lid that was given to me was for a straw only at the top, because they had run out of regular lids. Disappointing
