Had a late night, I don't know if it was too many orders for the stuff to keep up with but definitely did not get my order but I did get cussed out and get an attitude. Staff should be helpful and courteous regardless of the hours they work. If you're not going to cuss out a customer in front of your manager you probably shouldn't do it in the late hours either. Maybe the location just doesn't care about customer service and professionalism. Any employee who thinks it's okay to cuss out a customer when they are inquiring about their order, should not be an employee.

I have been here multiple times and everytime I come here and I get either taylor or the person with the gages in their ears i have a great experience. however, most of your other workers seem like they hate their lives and simply do not want to be there. it makes me not want to come to this location nor support taco bell any longer. as someone who works a job with late hours i understand the frustration but to not even look at me or say a word as you’re handing me my food or i’m paying is so weird and off putting. whoever you guys had at the window tonight is consistently disrespectful bring

The quality of my items were incorrectly prepared. I had 9 items stuffed in one single bag and food that was room temperature and very unsafe to eat and most horrible experience I've ever had I did not feed my kids with these health hazard foods due to temperature quality and I haven’t even left the building yet I asked if I can have a remake or refund for the items I was immediately turned away and disrespected by employees and intimidated, because every employee inside of the kitchen/ restaurant came to the front and all had something to do or say about my return when I was already was in c

Ordered my food last night No receipt paper. Waited for an over an hour. Never got my food. Couldnt even get someone to help me with a refund. Went back this morning to get my food.R ude as possible and refused to give me my food. Where i'm from we call this theft. What a joke! Thank you taco bell for saving me 40.00 a week , because I will not be taco bell customer anymore after 40 years!!! Steal from someone else and Im reporting them to the better business bureau
