Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. There were three servers standing by the POS station with no tables to attend to, yet none of them greeted us or acknowledged us when we entered. After waiting about three minutes, a gentleman came from the back to seat us. The first table we were assigned had food and used napkins underneath it. After I pointed out the issue, we were moved to a different table that was clean. However, the service did not improve. The food was delicious, my server name was Dee and she was very attentive. She even gave me a cup cake. The atmosphere was not the best a group of people from inside the restaurant had a fight outside and the authorities were called. The Manager Marjorie made sure she spoke with every customer to make sure everyone was okay after the altercation and offered a discount for the disturbance which I thought was amazing. After they were removed the atmosphere was a lot better. I will definitely return. The blue crab were the best I’ve ever tasted.

Food was good. However all the traffic by the door area is too much. You can’t tell who’s there to check in for a seat or picking up food. Very confusing. There should be another designated area for call in pick up orders to cut down all the traffic by door entrance area. Also the catfish was not seasoned good. You need a better, flavored outside crust.

Absolutely superb food! Tons of flavor choose your own spice level I was in heaven my mouth was constantly gleaking.... And Patrick our server Was phenomenal. Good food, good atmosphere, Good service and good prices. This is now in my favorite top 5 places in Temple Terrace to go If myself or friends and family and I know everyone is going to have an enjoyable experience.
