Literally, the best WingStop location I have been to. Even though they were very busy, orders came out in a reasonable time and everything was very hot. All of our orders had steam coming out of all of the bags. They also mix the wings in the sauce very well, some locations only pour sauce on the wings. The girl at the register was nice and took our orders perfectly. Thanks guys!

Manager on duty tonight was great, simply fixed my issue. The staff handling the phones and counter need more customer service training. When I order wings with a sauce flavor coating, it is implied they’re “wet” and should be provided a resolution for what was incorrect. Good job on the manager to have a simple resolution.

The Wingstop ranch is so good, I purchased the $4.99 dip on the side with the order. It was 30 wings, 2 strips and fries (group order)… I feel cheated though because I didn’t get it. I did the survey to tell them all about it and WS has the nerve to send back a free French fry coupon which must be used in 14 days!!! Lol… bruh, run me my $4.99 😤. 2 stars right now… and it won’t change until made right! Order# 120051

I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. It was actually ready in about 10-12 minutes so when I got there the fries were cold and the bottom of the wings were saturated in oil and grease. I requested lemon pepper seasoning on my fries but instead got fry seasoning, I asked for well done fries but fries were soggy and cold. I requested 6 hot honey wings and the wings were soggy, and didn’t even taste or smell like hot honey rub (which is strange because you can see the sauce or grease at the bottom of the container and it looks like what I usually get but something was
