The food was great and i had my order in my hands before i even left the counter. The only thing i had to ask for was my drink. For some reason talking to you fellow workers seemed to be more important than handling me a cup. When I ordered it asking for two thighs as the type of meat and I ended up with one thigh and a drumstick. It was plenty so I can't complain I just like the thighs. The only issue i had, other than my drink, was getting out of the parking lot. If there is a line at the drive thru you will have to wait because nobody wants to wait for you to back up 😆.

want to say witnessed the "shift lead" who happened be a hefty round guy with a beard, be rude and unprofessional towards an 80 year old man. Instead of offering customer service and understanding, he was rude. He said there was no manager on duty, but he was in charge, but not allowed to give refunds. In plenty of leadership positions throughout the years, never have I heard that in a corporation there isn't someone on duty that can provide refunds. Used to come to churches a couple of times a month, but the order is half the time always wrong or the service is rude. Decided to try again and

They need to be more organized. We waited 20+ min. For fries. At the moment no one was in line with us at the drive thru nor parking lot. As time passed more customers arrived and left before us. I finally got down to kindly remind them of the pending fries. This isn't an isolated issue with this location. It has happened to us on several occasions. They get too busy or distracted and or disorganized and forget waiting about customers, they fail to keep track of time and orders. However, they do apologize and have a kind crew. Thanks

I bought a 2 piece and 3 piece of chicken. It was so dried out, just gross. Also I got much less than 6-7 ounces of chicken - lol! 6 ounces, with 5 pieces of chicken. The thighs were the worst, no meat, and it was all breading with scorched skin. I will not be back!!!!! I got a piece just like it, right before the fire. I gave another try. lol Bad choice. Not a good value!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
