My husband, daughter, and I visited for dinner today, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we were seated, our server displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude. She made us feel as though we were interrupting her time with a friend rather than being welcomed as paying customers. As a general manager of a restaurant, I dont typically judge too harshly. But of my 20 years of working in restaurants & management I as a business owner or manager would like to be made aware that employees were cuddling together at the front desk. I may even look past it if our server, the only one in the entire restaurant that had three tables, seemed non existent. Had to ask for refills, never came to check back after food was delivered, took her time with everything.
