One employee was fried or something, a girl with pink hair took our order, took it incorrectly. He spoke clearly and loudly, we just wanted 2 frostys, one large, one medium, both vanilla. And a large fry. A very simple order. She came to the window, rolled her eyes, told us 6.89, took our money, then gave us a medium chocolate frosty and we never saw her again. A guy came to give our fries and we told him the mess up. He didn't understand one large one medium vanilla frosty. He took the chocolate one and came back with a medium. I usually dinner here when I am doing laundry next door. The food is ok. I've had some things that didn't sit well with me, and I've had some things i really liked. The staff is usually really good, but I've had some occasions where I wait at the counter for someone to come take my order. The tables are not the cleanest. With all that said I still go back

The store is trashed! All our food was old and cold the burgers, the nuggets, the fries were the coldest part of the food and to salty to eat. The nuggets had a burnt taste and looked terrible definitely need to change the frier oil! Worst experience yet all I can say was the manager on duty was really polite taking my order. But they didn't seem enough to care about our food so we did eat it. I will NEVER GIVE THE WABASH STORE MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!! 3RD st is where we usually go and never have one issue!!!

The drive-thru speaker is busted so I was asked to pull forward to the window. No big deal. I literally looked the employee in the eyes and clearly & audibly ordered one apple pecan salad, NO CHICKEN. What do I receive?? One salad WITH CHICKEN! What is the excuse for this type of gross incompetence & nincompoopery?????? ****Receipt posted for proof****
