I am never fond of writing a poor experience review, but if it is warranted, it's important! We went to the Cheddar's location near Nebraska Furniture Mart. It was quite busy, but we were still seated right away; that was nice! The server took our drink order right away, but kept repeating something different from what was said. My husband ordered, "I'll have a draft Modello," and the server said, "Budweiser?" - 3 times! We later learned that they don't have Modello on draft.... she should have told us. It's a very family friendly spot. Plenty of seating for large groups and affordable menu pricing. The menu contains a little bit of everything so you are bound to find something from Chicken Fried steak, to Ceasar Salad, Grilled Salmon, Burgers etc. Also if you are a Carrot Cake fan, theirs is delicious with a Caramel drizzle & Candies Pecans, it was a very moist cake.

Front of house was great. Back of house all worked well together. My waitress was great, kind and kept the drinks full. Food was hot. Visit from Odessa Tx and was really pleased. My only criticism would be the Hispanic young man at the front escorted people to their tables. He was possible in need of a shower due to him aggressively scratching his groin area non stop. Other than that, the service was Great!!!!

Cheddar's food is decent but today was not a good experience. I ordered a 6 oz steak medium and it was fully cooked and hard to cut. I asked them to remake it medium and they again sent it well done. I did not have time to wait around for a 3rd steak. Not sure how they can keep messing up cooking steak. Horrible.
