This location is always a toss-up for me — when the customer service is good, it's REALLY good, but when it's bad... it's really bad. The BAD: A few weeks ago around 11:30pm, I pulled into the drive-thru and before I could even attempt to order, an employee told me they were short-staffed and only accepting online, app, and DoorDash orders.
