I've been going to Black Rock consistently for the last 6 years. The King City location will always be top tier for me. The customer service has never once been bad. The drinks and food orders are always perfect and accurate. When there's a long line or rush they move things along efficiently and still provide excellent customer service!

Stopped by the this location right at 5:00 AM on Tuesday, March 3rd for Sticker Day and left beyond disappointed. I bought three drinks specifically to get three stickers, and the employee couldn’t even find them. After waiting, I was told it was out of her control because she couldn’t find them. I asked for a refund so I can go to the other location and get the stickers and she said no. She then stated that she will take my name and number down and when her manager comes in, she will have her manager put some stickers aside for me and call me when they're ready. LOVE black rock. I rave about it to everyone. No Starbucks or Dutch for me but BR everyday please. Love all drinks on their menu even every seasonal drink. Only four stars because their hours say 9pm but we went at 7:30 and they were closed so I was so so very sad

Almost always great staff... which makes the times when someone that seems annoyed a customer showed up a huge bummer. Have not been disappointed with most drinks. Frozen fuels are hit or miss. Maybe its just me and fuel though...
