This was the first place where we had breakfast after arriving in New York. We had our suitcases with us, so we were very grateful that they placed them in a separate area so we could eat without getting in anyone’s way. I ordered the avocado toast and asked for the spicy seasoning to be removed. The server assured me that it wasn’t very spicy, but everyone has a different tolerance for spice. Loved our visit to Tartinery NYC! Everything we ordered was fresh and thoughtfully prepared. We started with the smashed avocado topped with a boiled egg — so delicious and flavorful. Definitely add flaky salt; it takes it to the next level. The salmon tartines were another standout — perfectly balanced, with capers adding just the right pop of flavor. We also tried the warm goat cheese salad, which was delicious overall, though it could have used a bit more dressing. They were also very accommodating for my child. We just happened to pass by, the name itself caught my attention. It was our 1st time to eat in this place. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The moment we step in they guide us to the table, offer drinks and make sure we were comfortable. I appreciate the goodvibes. It was special too because it was our Breakfast wedding anniversary.

This place has the best breakfast and coffee I’ve ever had since I arrived in New York. The customer service is fantastic; the waitress was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is beautiful and inviting. We ordered smashed avocado, hummus, and avocado tartines on sourdough bread. The coffee was excellent and perfectly matched the delicious food.
