This McDonald's on Monroe Street in Toledo has turned around like I didn't think was possible. I have been working in the area for couple years now. I hated coming to this one and have driven past it to go to one much farther away. This morning I walked in and was greeted by a couple of the friendliest (not just McDonald's employees) people I've met in quite some time. I enjoyed the experience. It was so shocking the difference in service that I shook the guys hand and said that I was genuinely happy about the whole experience. Apparently so happy I walked out leaving my phone at the table. Up

Good morning that's the attitude I received when I was at this McDonald's on Monroe Street and Detroit Street. The cashier was a nice young lady she went extra mile and help me figure out how to use the app. Thank you young lady

Placed an online order, was pulled into a parking spot and forgotten about. Food was brought out after approximately 15 minutes (closer to 20), got home and realized that my $6 big mac was missing, cant get in touch with the store via phone & the app says to call the store. I'm so tired of fast food places driving prices higher and higher but not putting that money back into hiring and training staff appropriately so they can complete simple orders with some speed and accuracy. "Fast" food is no longer fast or a good value and I'd say 80+% of the time something is wrong, missing, or cold.
