I genuinely cannot understand how this place has such a good reputation. This was easily one of the most disappointing and overpriced sushi experiences I’ve ever had. The food looked fancy in photos, but the actual taste was terrible. The sushi had almost no balance of flavor, the texture felt weird, and everything seemed focused more on presentation than quality or satisfaction. The biggest joke was the price. Pretty small restaurant, the customer service we got was not bad at all. The food however was not anything to write home about unfortunately. We paid a lot for not a lot of food- including a basic California roll that was coming completely unraveled except for 2 of the pieces. The shrimp fried rice was bland with undercooked veggies. Genuinely such a great place to eat here in Tooele. I grew up in the city and moved out here about a year ago. I wasn’t very thrilled with the dining options…until I went to Osaka!
