I've been here a few times trying to give them chances but everyone i go it take over 30 minutes to only get 2 items out to me. They forget about orders all the time. They aren't every kind either. I am just really disappointed overall with my experience with this store. The food quality is lower then most as well.

Waited over 20 minutes for my order in the drive thru. At least 4 people came and went after me. When I went inside, the manager was SCREAMING at his employees. When he finally had my order he threw it on the counter and still in an elevated tome said "Is this yours?!?" Food itself ok, the chicken was fresh but there was barely anything at all as far as portions on the sandwich. I'm confident that if that manager is not dealt with, the rest of the team will be leaving soon.

A simple bacon double with no pickles and they couldn’t even remember not to put the pickles or pack my sweet chili sauce I paid for. I also asked for no ice in my drink and of course they couldn’t figure that out either. I could only imagine what else they screw up daily.

As good as the service is near the capitol, they did REALLY well at lunch rush. I was a mobile order with no need to rush and they had it ready as I walked in on their counter. They have the new self-order kiosks and one register in front for people who have difficulties. Wendy's fast food rewards app has got to be the best of the options. I save money AND get a meal deal. Keep an eye on those deals, and spend smart in these trying times.
