Sometimes fast food can be really good, but not here. This place shouldn't be allowed to be in business. Inconsistent portions, extra charges for every little thing. Poorly constructed food, you'd think if their gonna snake every cent out of you that they'd at least make it nice. Nope, this place is a fail.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I have had continuous bad experiences with the jack in the box with the managers. I’ve had to wait over half an hour in the past to receive the wrong food from the manager of this store, the wrap was a cold, not spicy like I ordered. And he grabbed a dried out one off the counter after all the waiting. I just tried to give them another chance and the same male manager who is there in the afternoons during the week insisted on charging me extra for a packet of taco sauce. Do not come to this store if you want good service or good food.

Looks like their back up on their BS again about nickel and diming everything. Tldr; Looks like they've made some adjustments for the better. I've been here 3 times since the terrible experience, and each time has been very enjoyable. Unannounced charges for sauce, mediocre quality even by fast food standards. Nickel and dime for each and every thing. When a franchise owner has to nickel and dime customers like this, there are bigger problems than just giving out too much sauce going on regarding how they deal with their books. No self respecting fast food restaurant that has a strong loy
