EDIT!!!!!! this evening i ordered a triple cheeseburger with no salt and ONLY!! ketchup. well you won’t believe this one. i unwrapped my burger to find pickles, mayo, AND ONIONS?? I went to mcdonald’s later this evening in the hopes of enjoying a fast and flavorful meal with my autistic best friend. walked in and waited at the counter for my take away order and chad told us that he had never placed our order even when we showed him the receipt! I hope the food preparation gets better. My fries weren't even filled up. I don't understand why they won't fill the fries🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️. I purchase a sweet tea and it wasn't sweet and it taste like coffee. I don't drink coffee so you could imagine that taste in my mouth. The lady took it back and then she grabbed a cup to taste it and then looked at me said something in Spanish to her co worker. She then apologized and went to get sweet tea from another location. I just didn't even bother to return anything. This was a quick lemme put something quick on my stomach.

Th8s is the new Chic Fil A in Towson. I have not been to one yet that didnt have good, polite service. This new one it doesn't matter what day of the week or what time of day it is. They have the fastest service i have ever seen in fast food. The employees are young but very polite, kind and very helpful. ALWAYS!!! Thank You ❣️

I do not know about the atmosphere, but compared to the drive thru I can't expect it to be good. I used to go there often, but the consistency of attitude and incapability of EVER getting my order correct. I Do NOT recommend. 4 out of 5 times my order is missing something I paid for. When I reach out to a "manager" I get an attitude and put in a "book" that when I come to claim my mistake to be fixed is not found?
