I came today 5/7/26 at 11:10 PM to this location. I ordered a 5-piece chicken nuggets, a Crunchwrap, and regular ranch. The girl who took my order was very rude to me. When I got my food, they gave me 7 pieces of chicken nuggets instead of 5, and the nuggets were burned and very oily. The Crunchwrap tasted bitter. The ranch was hot, not regular, like it was not stored properly, and they didn’t give me any silverware or napkins. I’m writing this review while feeling very sick. I have nausea and vomiting right now, and I’m honestly thinking about going to the ER. This was a very bad experience,

I placed an order over $39 and went to pick it up. They were kind, but they dumped my combo order into a large bag like trash. I understood that. But there was a burrito and a nacho chip missing. I was the only customer in the drive-thru. Lately, whenever I order from the Taco Bell near my neighborhood, they've been missing an entire item. This Taco Bell is the absolute worst place to eat. They got our order wrong multiple times, forgot items, and they were 30-40 minutes late to where my mother was about to call the police from how long it was taking. When they don’t have staff, close the Taco Bell down. Instead of being cheap and hiring the absolute worst staff members who forget half of your order and take an hour to make it.
