K Haverty★★★★★It was a little weird that they didn’t give us spoons for our soup, but we drank it straight from the bowl like she suggested. All of the sushi was good and were large portions. The bento box with came with an unknown item and mine was tofu. Probably the best thing we ordered was the vegetable tempura. It was much better than tempura I’ve had elsewhere. It had the crunch. I would definitely return to this restaurant and try more things on the menu. The bathroom though is definitely a weird experience. You can kind of see through the door and there’s a gap, but the weirdest part is that

I have favorite menu items (Ahi Tower, Baked Crab Roll and Garlic Edame). When I order them, they are as I remember them! Fresh and delicious. The staff is courteous and remember us and our preferred menu items. Great place for lunch dates!

I enjoyed cooked salmon on top of a roll! We tried some new veggies and wow, the white onion one was really good!!! We have had tamago before but never avocado nigiri, SOOO good!!! Our waitress was a delight! She was chatty explaining to us what we ordered and where in country it was popular. I wish we were local cause I would be regular here!!

We got placed right outside of the bathroom (unisex bathrooms with a universal sink, nothing blocking the handwashing at all. I am sure our server would have accommodated us but I told my boyfriend that its not the biggest deal. Food came. Mine was alright, he loved one of his sushi dishes a lot (Lion King) and did not touch more bites of the other. Liked it enough but probably will not be back.
