I paid $7 and some change for a large iced matcha latte with cold foam. I knew it was light but I didn't think anything of it until I got to work and the drink settled. I paid for a large and got a small!!!! I am so upset. Please look at the picture. I haven't even had one sip!!!

Normally i would give this place a better review. I'm a regular here but today turned me off so bad from this location. Normally the manager and his team are great but I did an online order to be in and out of there and ended up having to stay there an extra 20 mins cause they kept giving me the wrong drink. Like every time I had to tell them like they charge more for the barbie dunkalatte but we're ok with just not even doing it right. Same with my partners drink.

If I could give this place a 1 star I would there employees are rude. I had my kids in the store and literally heard the employees talking about how stoned they are. My daughter went to ask the manager a simple question and was yelled at. She is 14 years old. This has happened to use 4 times. Everytime the employees are rude or talking about inappropriate things. Go to the dunkin donuts down the street on grant and the freeway. Way much better. I will be filling a complaint on (Robert the manager of this place)

Matthew was awesome, I ordered on the app and ordered the wrong type(hot) matcha . He explained to me the difference on appearance and ingredients of what I wanted on the menu as I was a little confused. He made me what I originally wanted and didnt charge me for it .I would have paid for it as it was my mistake not theirs. It made my day a little better. I will definitely be back soon. The new banana options are good.
