On this visit to Sonic all I wanted was a cherry lime aid. When I arrived, I could see the drive through was busy so I parked in a stall and attempted to use the Kiosk. I had to push the button 3 times and waited almost 20 minutes for someone to answer and take my order but no one ever answered. So buy this time the drive through was down to 3 cars. It still took another 15+ minutes before I was able to get my drink. This is not the only time I have had this experience with the Tulare Sonic. The Sonic in Visalia is outstanding but Tulare sucks. I had a pick up order and it was ready when I arrived. Staff was great and brought out my food promptly. Drinks are always on point! Ordered a BLT and it was just sad. I will not order it again and decided not to eat it. Outside was clean but there's not really much they can do about the homeless that hang around this location.

Disappointing. Cold food. Not fresh. Slow service. I grew up eating sonic and they don't have them in my area, so I was excited to see a sonic on my way to grants grove. This location had nothing I love about Sonic. The restaurant was slow, we were the only car parked there. The person that took our order was snippy. Our food took a long time to arrive, which I would have been fine with if it meant they were making it fresh, but they were not. My tator tots were cold. Well after making an order through the parking lot ordering kiosk thing I firstly couldn't pay due to the card system not working nobody asked me for payment but had confirmed my order when it was made so I sat there waiting hoping maybe they'd bring out a card machine of some kind I even got out and tried to approach the window to let them know and after 25 mins sitting there I decided to up and leave having still not gotten my order.
