I got to this whataburger at 11:47 pm in the drive-thru. They’ve checked in with me 2 times after almost 30 minutes of waiting. Asked for my order and then didn’t respond at all. I’ve spent 30 minutes in a literal drive thru and haven’t been able to order my food. Kinda crazy.

The people that work at this Whataburger are so sweet and accommodating. They took care of us and asked how everything was. A very older gentleman came in at 11:09 wanting biscuit and gravy and they were supper sweet to him and said they had two biscuits left and would do it. All the employees working were kind and good customers service.

I have eaten at several Whataburger restaurants in five states and the food is always pretty good. It was the staff at this particular restaurant that compels me to write a review. It was around the 5 pm timeframe, people were getting off work and getting food for themselves and their families and there was a Tulsa vs Wichita State basketball game at 6 pm that evening. There were newer members of the staff present learning on the job behind the counter.
