I’ve been to this KFC on Golden State several times, and I’m sharing this because I don’t want to see this location fail. The customer service is consistently poor, and the restaurant seems to be run very unprofessionally. The staff are often sarcastic, talk so fast that it’s hard to understand them, and come across as over‑caffeinated and uninterested in the customer. This makes me feel like I can’t trust this KFC and I’m hesitant to return.
