Best vegan BLT I have ever had! Even if you eat bacon, you would love this. So flavorful, did not fall apart. Sauce had great spice, tomatoes were so fresh and sweet, greens were fresh, ratios perfect and the sourdough bread was SO good - it deserves its own 5 star review. Crust doesn't cut your mouth and bread stayed together and was perfectly spongey. Also love the mix of tempeh and bacon.
