It breaks my heart to write this review, Growing up in Union and always going to Brooklyn Pizza since I was 6 it's very disheartening to see how far down the drain it's gone under new management. Their pizza used to be sooo good and now it's honesty atrocious. Me and my Mom came in today to get two slices after getting a pedicure like we usually do in town and for starters the girl at the register had a nasty attitude and negative an unapproachable energy coming off her. I am so disappointed. I called for the first time with a complaint. My complaint was that my pizza arrived cold instead of me getting good customer service. I was told that they only had one delivery person and he had to go to hillside. And then I was told that they doubt very much the pizza was cold. Unbelievable! I tried to explain why would I call to say that if it wasn’t true and all I heard was crickets? this is not a way to keep good customers.$20 is $20 We deserve better.

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza A Tartufo and cheesecake The pizza was good The Tartufo decent The cheesecake was disgusting, I want my money back. A half inch layer of frost on top, tasted like old stale freezer burn. Why would you even serve that?
