I want to give a big shout-out to Enrique; I was very indecisive about what drink I wanted. It was my first visit. Enrique gave me some options, and one of the drinks I had never heard of was called Rosehip lemonade. Enrique went above and beyond and gave me a sample, and omg it was so good. Just because of his exceptional customer service and kindness, I will definitely be back!

I ordered a milk tea & waited about 25 minutes just for them to make the wrong drink. I also watched other customers complain about the same thing. The staff should be trained properly.

I will not be coming back to this location. I ordered a milk tea and the drink was made with no milk the first time. When I finally received the “correct drink,” the milk powder was still clumpy. Staff had to consult a chart on the wall to figure out how to make each drink for a line of customers.

The menus had one price and the cashier deliberately tells me that those prices are incorrect. I advised that she should either honor CURRENTLY advertised price ($2 less) or remove the old menus, it’s really not good for business. She continued to say that there were no managers and no way to reach them to resolve such a matter. It’s the worst! This is a simple fix, if you’re going to change the prices, change the menus! Don’t confuse the customers or hold us accountable to your unorganized mess.
