Jay NYC★★★★This is definitely the best guyanese restaurant and bar I been to in The Bronx New York. I recommend their chicken curry and beef curry it’s really delicious and their jerk chicken hits also I would have gave them 5 out of 5 stars but had to give them 4 because the menu prices aren’t the same as they charge you in person hopefully they updated the prices on their menu.

After the young lady up front told me my food wasn't ready I asked to use the bathroom. On my way to the bathroom, one of the owners loudly called me out multiple times in front of everyone to try to get me to stop. He asked where I was going and I told him to the bathroom. I ordered the Bagee with Dhal and Rice and the Bunjal Duck with Dhal and Rice. The portions were very small for the price, and both containers arrived leaking. The duck was extremely salty and very tough to eat. It seemed undercooked or not cooked long enough, as duck should be tender and fall apart easily when prepared properly. For the amount charged, I expected better quality, larger portions, and packaging that wouldn’t spill during delivery. Sadly, this was my first experience

I had me a shrimp lo mein and it was delicious only problem was, the noodles were chopped I don't like chopped noodles I like where I can put the fork in the middle of the plate and twirl the noodles and eat it. Some people like noodles that are chopped I don't like chopped noodles. Apart from that I love this place the food and the atmosphere
