The broth is clear, with the right amount of sweetness. I had the bun bo hue and this bbh is really really legit. You can still get the pork hock and the pig's blood. A lot of places don't give you these anymore so I was super happy that this place still had it. The owner is super nice and got to let me try her stash if super spicy chilli oil! Oh yeah their in house chili oil is homemade by her mama. So yummy and so good. Can't
