This was the most rude & horrific service at the drive through I have ever experienced. Shirley was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I attempted to ask a question about a missing item in my order and she shut the window on me and ignored me for several minutes and began working on other task. Another employee was nice enough to come to the window to address and resolve the issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Placed an order on the BK website for home delivery. Gave very specific instructions for customization for the sandwiches. Printed correctly on the Receipt but most requests were TOTALLY IGNORED. One item requested NOT delivered. Fries had NO taste - not salted and no salt provided. An order of 5 items and they provide ONE napkin. Phone number for the restaurant indicated on the receipt goes UNANSWERED after several minutes of trying multiple times.

My name is Jonathan. On 04/01/2026, at approximately 1:40 PM, I visited the Burger King location. During my visit, I witnessed a very unpleasant situation. The manager on duty during the midday shift was speaking to her team in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Her attitude showed zero empathy and zero respect toward the employees. As a customer, it was uncomfortable to watch the way she treated her staff. No employee deserves to be spoken to in such a degrading way at their workplace. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the work environment being allowed in your restauran
