I honestly don’t understand how the chicken strips are always so dry at every McDonald’s I visit. It feels like they’ve been sitting on the warming rack all day until every bit of moisture is gone. What disappoints me the most is that someone still looks at those dry, overcooked strips and decides they’re good enough to serve to a customer. That’s simply not acceptable. One star. Definitely a thumbs down.

This has never happened before but paper was left on the hamburger patty and served. My son bit into it and knew it wasn't right. I tried calling but it keeps saying the line is busy. This is not cool

I was there at 855AM today 5-21-26 for a quick breakfast snack. The reason I give the exact time is I didn't catch anyone's name, but maybe you will be able to figure it out and give kudos. As a business owner, I notice when an employee or team has a great attitude. Your staff was great. The person on the drive thru speaker. Friendly and happy sounding. I got breakfast at this McDonald’s this morning and the experience was awesome! It was absolutely slammed and I decided to dine in. A very nice employee Tierza (I might have misspelled that) brought me my food and asked me if I needed anything else. I asked for a water and she brought it to me quickly and she was incredibly friendly. Give that employee a raise! Her kindness when it was clearly very busy was really refreshing.
