Everytime I place an order at the dairy queen by citizens hospital my order is wrong. forget cheese on one burger and bacon on the other. fries are cold. don't waste your money here.

I had went there earlier today and had to witness how horrible the management is, you have the blonde one who I’m assuming is the manager because she’s dressed differently, standing there talking to the other employees in the front and chatting away while everyone is waiting on their orders, this isn’t the first time I’ve seen her just standing there and the other time she had said some snippy comment to one of the employees about how they can’t clock in if they aren’t wearing a hat but then I noticed that she had immediately went to the back to help with orders without a hat or hairnet? After my last delivery of the day I wanted DQ. Do I go through Drive through… the Customer service sucked, “what can I get you” what ever happened to welcoming the customer? I get to the pay window and I have my card ready and hand it to her she looks at me and turns to look behind her to another co worker and they start talking and laughing didn’t even acknowledge me until they finished their conversation. I came in thru the drive thru! The guy that waited on me at the menu was so, so rude! I came to the window, and after receiving my order i said ty, and 8 hippie you have the ready you deserve! He replied to you as well very very rude and then even said something as I drove off. I couldn't believe it! He was rude at the window when i was trying to order!
