I went to order a drink and a brownie batter filled donut. They didn’t ask me what size I wanted and just charged me for a medium. I ended up wanting a small so that was an issue. Then I find out that they just gave me a regular chocolate glazed donut. I was irritated

So let me start off by saying I’ve never had a bad Dunkin’ Donuts experience before the other day. I drive by this place a lot and finally decided to pop in to treat myself. The staff had very low energy or shall I just say morale. I get that they probably were idk ready to clock out or something but man y’all they looked like they wanted to fall over.
