Me and my wife went for breakfast with our son I ended up paying 22 something not exactly sure but I had three sandwiches me and my wife got the maplehouse egg sandwich it was very good I did not like the Honey almond cream cheese smear not my taste but overall great little place to eat breakfast would definitely go here again. They have plenty of bagels options if you just want it eat bagels or just grab a muffin very nice environment to sit and eat it.

30+ min wait for 1 bagel? absolute chaos behind the counter food prep area filthy and beyond disorganized most bagels ‘we are out of that one’ staff could not care less shame as the foods good if it ever gets prepared in a timely manner. management will post a stock response saying ‘thanks for your feedback we’re sorry it wasnt great but we’re committed to making things better’ ‘please contact us (again) here - more time wasted. And then please fill in a survey. The survey asks you to input a 20 digit number from your receipt just to access it. Clearly Einsteins has no clue about custom

Waited 11 minutes during a slow morning to get a single bagel with cream cheese. Look at the photo, they barely even put cream cheese on here too. I regret tipping and wasting my time here. Worst Einstein I’ve been to.

I ordered a Tasty Turkey on May 19th. They had to remake my sandwich because they forgot to put the turkey on the sandwich. When I went back into the store to inform them, there was no apology and the employee simply said she couldn’t find the turkey. This same employee had long pointy nails that broke through the gloves. It is against servsafe to wear artificial nails and to have painted nails when working in food service.
