We just had the best experience at Jack in the Box! The service was amazing. They did better than most sit down restaurant in customer service and such a great attitude. The girl at the counter needs a raise.

Ordered the sausage croissant meal with the hash browns and an orange juice. The only thing edible was the orange juice that comes in a bottle. The hash browns were heavy with grease and the sandwich was also extremely greasy. Threw it in the garbage.

Waited at front counter for 10 min just to b told to use the kiosk and once my order was placed my order was still wrong and a guy basically told me “I dnt know wat to tell you” I asked for no mustard and added lettuce. My curly fries was hard

I had done a online order they had grease all over inside the bag from the tacos I ordered and through all the fries in there & forgot my syrup, & the hash brown was stuck to the paper and like they didn't care. I couldn't even eat my hash brown because it was full with grease. I'm not going back to that Jack In The Box!!!!
