So now BK in St Cloud charges for sauce. Also since when do you as the customer need to call them to remind them to turn on their lights. I swear this area is going to shit. I've been going here for a while and never once have I had to pay for BBQ or any form of sauce. To me that is just wrong. But when they mess up your order do they give you gas money or even try to make it right?? Nope.

Im not sure what happened to the Burger King located at 3310 W Division St, St Cloud, MN 56301 but service in the past month has taken a nose dive. The service has slowed down to a snails pace even for the simplest order. my order today too so long I drove off after paying for it.

I quit going to this BK because of slow service years ago. Gave them another shot a few months back and was pleasantly surprised, it was fast and the food was good (for BK). I had a repeat performance 5-6 times, fast forward, 4 out of my last 5 visits the order was wrong, charged 3 different prices for the same thing. The drivethru has been like a slot machine - place a bet, pull up to the window and see what you won or lost.

Really impressed that they took the time to recreate our order to a meal when my husband decided to add a drink, saving us money. I don't usually take the time to review fast food but the service was worth it.
