I went for the frites and was not disappointed! As a celiac, a dedicated gluten-free fryer gets me every time. The frites were flavorful and crispy, so salty and just everything a good fry should be. I also ordered the Nicoise salad, another favorite of mine, and it was wonderful. After speaking with the staff, I was told that pretty much everything on the menu could be made gluten-free (not the bread made at an outside facility), but note that there aren't a lot of vegetarian, pescatarian, or dairy-free options. It's a lovely atmosphere and the others I was dining with also enjoyed their meal

I was absolutely delighted with my experience this evening at Brasserie Four. With it being Restaurant Month, I was excited to explore some new menu items — even after enjoying wonderful meals here since 2016. I began with the green salad, and while it’s rare that a salad truly impresses me, this one exceeded all expectations.
