marzhan saulebekova★Absolutely unacceptable experience. I drove there to pick up my order, and when I arrived, the employee told me he was the only person working and that they were closed. Meanwhile, everywhere online — including Google Maps — clearly states that this place is open 24 hours. If you cannot operate 24/7, then stop advertising that you do. It is extremely unprofessional to mislead customers and waste their time and gas. Poor management and terrible communication. Very disappointed. I will not be coming back.

The deal with 10 burgers, 20 chicken rings, and 1 bag of fries was sooooo much food. We ate, got full, and had snacks for the last 5 hours of our drive. I don't understand why they don't have these in the south. Krystal's can kick rocks!
