Please Avoid this dunkin…. Multiple times a week, i order the same sandwich with American cheese. They still insist on giving me the wrong cheese when the ticket literally says AMERICAN. Then the employees give attitude when you speak up. Just save yourself the frustration.

Messed up my order. Ordered the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, when putting the sandwich in the bag and putting it down they fumbled the words but said something closer to sausage egg of cheese but they did double check, look at the slip and then put it down. Looking at the slip on the bag however it was clearly seasoned bacon etc etc. So I thought that just they fumbled the words because it was really busy especially considered they did double check and look at the slip on it. But it was indeed a sausage, egg and cheese inside a bag labeled for the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Break

I placed a mobile order at this location and it was handled very poorly. They made the coffee first and then took their time with the rest of the order, without even calling my name when it was ready. By the time everything was finally done, the coffee was already cold. Both the avocado toast and bagel were charred and burnt, which made them almost inedible. The tables were dirty, there were no napkins available, and the staff showed no interest in being helpful or friendly. Everyone behind the counter looked frustrated and miserable to be there, and it really showed in the service. Easily one

Pretty clean, nice worker, decent food. Only thing I would say is that the quality of the drinks were a little different than usual. Much sweeter and lighter in color than usual but overall still a decent experience.
