If I could give no stars I would. Usually they are super nice and welcoming, whoever the two girls were behind the bar on a Monday night should be talked to about their service. Very rude and unprofessional. Telling us it’s last call at 10:45 when you close at 1? When we were doing nothing but enjoying our first night of senior week and BUYING DRINKS and just having a good time. Rude for no reason and now they lost a loyal customer.

I have eaten at Shoppers once and ordered twice. I would have given it 5 stars on everything till today. Fries are cold and the wrap was meh. Wrap was mostly lettuce and the steak was only in the center of the wrap. We have had good experiences with the pizza that would make at least 4 star but this experience was very meh.

I don’t know who the brunette bartender with the glasses is, but she is just a nasty miserable human being. Every single interaction I’ve had with her has been nothing but negative, she’s rude and entitled. Was simply trying to pay my tab and cussed me out, I was absolutely appalled at her behavior towards other guests as well. I have never not left a tip for a bartender in my LIFE, but you could not torture a tip out of me for this girl. If this establishment wanted to do themselves a favor, they should let her go… I will NEVER be back…

It was ok . Should be more attentive as we waited not knowing who would sit us or just sit down . And the service was ok . Food was ok the pizza not good. It was sauce a.d bread . Dont plan to come again. Drinks only if I do. Sorr y wish I could say something better.
