The drive through experience is...well let's just say, the people who take the orders in the drive through need to spend some time outside to understand how bad the conversation sounds to customers so they know to not rush and miss half the conversation when there is a lag between what comes out of their mouth, through their microphone and to the low quality spoaker system. They usually forget to add a spot for the walking taco, so be sure to ask for one as you cannot eat it without an utensil. . The staff of generally. friendly and the food is always hot

They were very quick to hand me me stuff and I see why given they gave me a drink with a hole in the cup that leaked all over my car. So now I have no drink and have to clean my car

I went during lunchtime and it was very chaotic but Saniye was so patient, respectful and professional. She showed very good leadership skills and stayed calm when things got busy. Great job young lady. I will be back.

Horrible! Went there for lunch 3/21/26 and customer service was horrible and food was just as bad. I have been to cook out in other locations which were far superior to this one. Cashier was nonchalant, didn’t greet us and frankly didn’t care about being there at work. And by the taste and quality of the food, I would be willing to bet that the cook felt the same way. Order was wrong, gave us the wrong side, fries tasted like yesterday’s overly salted fries, onion rings tasted like unseasoned, cold breadcrumbs, chicken sandwich was lackluster today the least not to mention everything was luke
