Spent $55 after discounts for ONE pizza and One salad and when I got home and started eating i noticed my salad did not have the red onions that I paid extra for in addition to the regular ones that were supposed to be on there and when I called all she could do for me was give me my $2 back and I'm like that's crazy because what could have done was taken my pizza and my salad back up there for them to put onions on the salad and have them remake my entire pizza because then it would have been cold that's too bad she was only able to offer me $2... This is my usual jets. Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience today. When you try to order it constantly try’s to make you order via text. I order via text all the time but this time the pizza came loaded with red onions ( we have an allergy in our house hold ) when I called to let them know the girl on the phone was very rude and dismissive and tried to over talk me. I tried to explain to her that the text message that jets sent back that CONFIRMED my order says MINUS RED ONION and she proceeded to ignore me and talk over me telling me that they don’t usually remake pizzas that are

Waited an hour and 10 minutes for just a pizza. The box was cold when he handed it to me and I’m most mad about the fact that I tipped before it was delivered. Never again. Haven’t had pizza in a long time and now I remember why.
