I usually would have given them all five stars but today was not the day to come here at all. Today the food was horrible. My Omelet was over done when I politely asked for it medium well not over done, and the Eggs are black in the middle. And the manager has the worst additude ever because our food wasn't right! WON'T EVER BE GOING BACK!

My husband and I stopped by Silver Pancake House on Manchester Road around 9:30am for breakfast. The restaurant wasn’t busy at the time — there was a small group of older gentlemen and one other couple seated. Service was okay. It wasn’t unfriendly, but our coffee could have been refilled more attentively. Unfortunately the food was the bigger issue. My husband ordered the pancake combo. Our server was very sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. I was excited to try the corned beef hash skillet. Three eggs and hashbrown potatoes make this filling, but the corned beef hash is from a can. I ordered gravy on the side because it needs something to tie it all together. But it IS good, don’t get me wrong. I ate half and took the rest home to eat for lunch. The French toast with fresh blueberries was disappointing. It was dry like toast and not custardy. It's kind of expensive for what you get . I got 2 eggs, hash browns bacon and pancakes. My brother got the silver skillet. Nice atmosphere, and we didn't have to wait for a table for as busy as the place was. If you like fluffy pancakes, this is a nice spot. Skillet is not pictured, but the portions were smaller by comparison. For a 17 dollar skillet and 2 pancakes. Alittle pricey but overall great service and atmosphere.
