The staff here is incredible. I’ve been coming regularly for months and I’m always greeted with a smile. Yes, the food is excellent, but it’s the customer service that I truly look forward to. I’ve watched the front-of-house team recognize customers by name, even during busy lunch and dinner rushes. They take the time to chat, wish people well, and still work efficiently. You can tell they genuinely care about the food they serve and the experience they create. I love it here and will continue coming back multiple times a week.

First, I tried ordering online and it didn't go through. Tried calling to put in a pick up order, someone answered, took my order and did not say how long it's gonna be ready and just put me on hold. I waited for atleast 7 minutes, just silence. Called again a few times just to check if my order got through but this time they keep on hangin up.

After my initial encounter where I rated this place 2 stars, the owner reached out to me the very next morning and offered to make it right. He didn't mention anything about changing or updating my review, he just wanted to make sure I got what I paid for. Customer service in that aspect no matter the problem is always a plus in my book. The pizza was better the second time around.

Today, I dined in at the warwick location. I was immediately greeted with a smile. The girls in front was able to tell me their best deals they had. I got a tender dinner and WOW, it was amazing. Food service was fast, everything came out very fresh. I could not of had a better experience! It was a positive work environment where the employees were pleased to assist. Recommend 10/10!!!!!
