I just wanted to give a shout out to the woman working the window, Emily She was hands down one of the most kind, professional food service workers I have ever encountered. Taco Bell, as well as all of it’s customers, are lucky to have her in their days. Truly, can’t say enough about how lovely she was, and how above and beyond she went, even for our short encounter. The world is a better place for having Emily here.

I come here all the time and normally don’t have issues. I had decided to place an order through Uber Eats and pick it up myself and let me tell you it was the worst experience. It was extremely ice cold food. My mini chicken slider chicken is so cold my nacho cheese fries are so cold they taste raw not even the cheese sauce was hot! My chicken quesadilla wasn’t even cut my burrito was very hard so overall this is the worst experience i tell the employees and they say this isnt a issue it is a issue i cant eat cold food and i ask it be remade and they still hand me cold food this makes no s

The staff here thinks that "Al Fresco" style tacos simply mean "no cheese." much to my dismay they failed to deliver the Al Fresco tacos with the required pico de gallo. Just regular tomatoes with lettuce. That's a training issue. Too bad, I really love pico, and to me it's worth making the negative review. ALSO my nacho fries were cold and soggy. Order # 208, store #040877, 2/20/2026 at 4:53 pm. I'll probably never go here again. The cost of things is getting too expensive to simply shrug-off the complete failure of this order.
