Never eating here again! I just ordered takeout. I ordered a torta with side of fries and an asada quesadilla with rice and beans… I took one bite of the torta and noticed a big hair coming out of it! Then I looked at my daughter’s quesadilla and there’s another big hair stuck in the melted cheese! Disgusting! Anyone cook or server ANY WORKER IN CONTACT WITH THE FOOD should be wearing a hairnet! They clearly were not!! Who knows if they even wash their hands!

Honestly I have never been here because of all the bad reviews and I am so glad I haven’t! For a small business you’d expect the staff/owners to be more humble and kind. My sister went early in the morning, as soon as they opened, to ask if they were hiring. Not for herself but for my mom. Mind you my mom works in the fields so she couldn’t go herself. She waited for a while and no one ever showed up so she called instead. We stopped by Fondas in Wasco to grab a bite to eat. Unfortunately, the experience started off on the wrong foot. When we walked in, the staff gave us a “fuchi” face — not exactly a warm welcome. One of the employees was taking an order while eating and sipping on a soda, which felt unprofessional and tacky, especially in front of customers. On a positive note, the torta was actually pretty good — shout out to the cooks in the back for doing their job well. But based on the overall atmosphere and front-of-house service, I won’t be coming back or recommending this place.
