Used to love KFC chicken sandwiches. Had a horrible experience. Ordered a chicken sandwich & mashed potato poppers from the KFC app. Showed up to this location when it said my order was ready. Employee said they didn't have the poppers & I would need to contact someone thru the app. I tried to ask her if I could get a different side & she got upset and walked away. Then, I get home & my chicken sandwich is hard. It was overcooked & very skinny. These are no longer my favs. So sad.

We were drive thru waiting and waiting 30 minutes too long and got refunded back to my sister's money. Not good service to follow up screen falling behide we were in drive thru 8am 6/8/2026 not good job and we will not come back that place kfc waterloo Iowa. Should have breast and leg and fries but they put thigh and leg and fries not what we want. Shamed services. They must learning how to do work right and time... few years ago were good but this year are not good of workers.

I ordered a Twister meal and they did not take the time to make it according to how they sell it. It was made poorly, too much mayo no shredded cheese and only lettuce. The potato wedges were burnt as well. I came back to KFC because they brought back the twister wrap but I will not be going back

I go through the drive up. This is the 3rd time in a roll about 2 weeks apart order 2 piece original dark meat mac & cheese and coleslaw. Each l never got what l order and l refuse to drive for a exchange because we have to sit long enough which isn't a problem because its hot. 1st time l ask for Mac & cheese and got mashed potatoes and gravy. 2nd time l order again which is always the same but they was only able to give me crispy chicken instead original chicken and mash potatoes and gravy when order Mac & cheese. Thev3rd time l got the sides right but l ask for dark meat. I did
