I started coming here 24 years ago when they were in a truck on that property, & LOVED it! I did not like Mexican food that much prior & after eating the quesadilla pastor with their semi hot, yet FABULOUS salsa verde; I was HOOKED! Moved to Denver, CO for about 11 years, tried a LOT of trucks, mom & pop places that were decent, yet NOT ONE compared to this, & no one could make their salsa verde!! In quest to try new spots the family went here. Its ala cart style menu thats posted on wall. No servers, however the staff does bring meals to you after you order. The kids got walking tacos which wasnt a big hit. All three kids said it tasted weird. So i tried them and boy it did taste weird. Like a bland taco meat flavor idk. My food was okay but a bit dry and bland. The wife loved hers. Guacamole was great chips were on hard side.
