So....that was crazy. Went here tonight and had a very bad experience. Came in around 8:50, not knowing they closed at 9. We were welcomed in by one employee and walked up to the counter. Nobody said anything about the time. However as we began to place our order one employee started making rude remarks about us coming in. This at first was very strange as it came out of nowhere. We apologized hastly and thought that was the end of it. However soon after the employee started being extremely rude and mean to us, complaining the whole time about us being there. this has happened two times. My girlfriend has had issues at this subway too. There's a male employee that isnt very friendly from 8-9pm. In thus case we came in around 8:20pm which i think is fairly respectable for a place that closes their doors at 9. The employee made a snarky comment to us about how we wasn't going to be able to serve us in time due to their online orders, which do cut off around 830 at their location. I totally get it, I really do, but be more polite about it and less snarky, i should've just went outside and placed a mobile order. We've had 2 bad experiences. Previous vi

I was door dashing there. I waited there 10 minutes for an order. When they actually acknowledged me, the order still had not even been started.

While the food was average and to be expected, what prompted me to leave this review was the complete disregard for food safety. The middle aged woman with the long dark ponytail literally rested her nasty arm on my bread as she wrote our sandwich order on the paper. Why wear food gloves if you're going to put your sweaty arm on my food?!??! Then I watched the other girl put together half an online order without gloves. I hope you like your chocolate chip cookies with a side of unwashed hands that just scratched her unwashed hair.
