Webster Groves was the location . Stopped by after the grandson's soccer game. All was good. Took some photos of the place, but when I got my sandwich couldn't wait to chow down and forget to take photos. I had the pepperoni & mozzarella on a baguette. Delicious! As for the sweets I bought a heart shaped cookie 🍪 & chocolate chip for the grandkids, yum. For me a cinnamon roll 😋. And chocolate chip croissant.. Very good! They serve Pepsi products

I’m only leaving 5 stars because the customer service was genuinely great and this is one of my favorite locations. The two employees who helped me were amazing. That said, it really bothers me that Panera is making employees come in and drive during hazardous weather conditions. I appreciate the staff so much, but I hate that they’re being put at risk just so the store can stay open.

This morning, I left bread co wanting to cry after a very negative interaction with a lady getting my 3 bagels and coffee for me. I have worked as a bartender, so I understand the service industry and how frustrating the general public can be. With that being said, I was tired and made some clarifications about what I had ordered as she was slicing my bagels. I apologized for offending her for my clarification of my order. She then said snapped at me and was quite aggressive. I felt very sad about how mean she was to me.
