After a busy week, we had a lovely lunch date! The restaurant was bustling, but we were seated right away. Wonderful ambiance, excellent service, and delicious food! Was our first time visiting this establishment. Very small and cozy and love that they have half booth half table options. There's a bar area where you can sit at the bar for a drink. We waited maybe 5mins for our server to greet us after being seated. We ordered the brisket sandwich with fries and Mac and cheese, half spare ribs with fries and the pomegranate margarita. All of the meats were seasoned very well, juicy, tender and flavorful. Really didn't need any sauce on the ribs due to it being good by itself. The fries and Mac and cheese were good. The margarita was good but small for $11 a

Wonderful selection of dishes and a very friendly staff make this a must-stop when in West Allis. As expected, it can get very busy at lunch time, and I'm assuming on the weekends. While street parking is limited, there appears to be many other options around the facility and down the residential streets. I had the Sliced Brisket and was very satisfied. Can't wait to get back there and try some of the other dishes.

Hard to believe we hadn't heard about this place. The atmosphere was great and people were lively. The food presentation is basic, but that doesn’t affect the taste. My wife got the burnt ends sandwich and beans. She said they were tender and delicious without and burnt flavor. I got the brisket dinner with coleslaw and beans. The coleslaw and beans seemed average to me and the brisket tasted great, but after the first few bites, it seems dry. Thank goodness for the sauces. I really liked the habanero.
